📍London or Remote (UK) | 💰£68,000 - £88,000 + Benefits | 12 month fixed term contract

We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to play a big role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life for one of our key teams - what we call a Collective (Borrowing, Wealth, Growth, Core Banking, Payments, or Business Banking).

You’ll report into the Lead for your area and work closely with lots of different teams across Monzo to make sure our marketing is joined-up, effective, and delivers real results.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading the charge on campaign planning and performance, working with a smart, supportive group of marketers, product managers, analysts, and creatives.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and delivering the integrated marketing strategy for your Collective - both long-term and in response to new opportunities as they come up.
  • Bringing together the right people across Marketing especially Product Marketing, Product, and Growth to make sure every campaign is clear, connected, and on track.
  • Managing budgets and capacity for your area - making sure we’re focusing on what matters most and that’s where we’re investing.
  • Keeping a close eye on how things are going - tracking campaign performance, spotting trends, and sharing updates with senior leadership.
  • Optimising our campaigns over time - sometimes as a strategic thought partner, sometimes by rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
  • Supporting visibility of stakeholders with updates and insights that keep everyone informed and aligned.

You’ll love this role if you:

  • Are a natural at driving projects, and love getting campaigns you’re proud of over the line with cross-functional teams.
  • Are comfortable working across lots of different marketing channels and understand how to bring them together in a way that makes sense to customers.
  • Have a solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and know how and when to act on them.
  • Have experience working in marketing within a regulated or fast-moving tech environment.
  • Are confident using data and analytics to spot opportunities, improve performance, and tell a clear story.
  • Are a great communicator who can tailor your message to your audience — whether that’s senior leadership or the people you’re collaborating with every day.

A bit about you:

  • You think strategically, but you’re not afraid to get hands-on.
  • You understand how to prioritise when there’s a lot to juggle
  • You bring people together and know how to get them excited about the work.
  • You care about doing the right thing for customers and for the business.
  • You’re humble and curious, asking for help when you need it and you’re always looking for ways to do things better.
