Location: St Pauls, London with a hybrid working environment.

Base salary: £30,000 Realistic OTE £61,000

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, ambitious, and German-speaking Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic SMB EMEA sales team in London. This is your chance to be part of a team that’s been at the heart of Mintel’s success—and to grow your career from the ground up.

 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Drive new business: Focus on acquiring new clients across the DACH region.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Understand client needs and recommend the right Mintel solutions.
  • Stay sharp: Use cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vidyard, and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Product.
  • Grow every day: Learn from experienced mentors and develop your sales toolkit.
Who We’re Looking For
  • fluent German and English speaker with a passion for sales.
