How the Alumni Program Works

- Assessment: Complete our straightforward selection process.
- Training: Attend mthree Academy’s online training (4–8 weeks), focusing on Java or other languages our clients need.
- Placement: Join a global organization for 24 months.
- Permanent Role: Most of our graduate’s transition into permanent roles with their client post-program.

What We are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (2.2 or higher).

- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
