How the Alumni Program Works

  1. Apply: Submit your application through this advert.
  2. Assessment: Complete our straightforward selection process.
  3. Training: Attend mthree Academy’s online training (4–8 weeks), focusing on Java or other languages our clients need.
  4. Placement: Join a global organization for 24 months.
  5. Permanent Role: Most of our graduate’s transition into permanent roles with their client post-program.

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (2.2 or higher).

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
