Ready to take the lead in a role where your expertise genuinely shapes the future of water sustainability? We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team and grow our presence in the municipal wastewater market. This is a full‑time, permanent, field‑based position ideal for someone based in the South.

You’ll be the face of Solenis across the region—building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and helping our waste water customers meet their operational and sustainability goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving growth — Develop and deliver strategies that hit sales targets and expand our footprint.
  • Building partnerships — Work closely with customers to understand their needs and support long‑term success.
  • Collaborating internally — Partner with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing and Applications teams to deliver the best solutions.
  • Managing your pipeline — Keep a sharp, prioritised view of opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Growing accounts — Retain existing business while actively identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Technical support — You’ll help wastewater customers with their technical queries, ensuring they understand our products and how to get the best from them.
  • Trusted point of contact — You’ll guide customers through product performance, troubleshooting, and application insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Account management experience, backed by a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — You’re proactive, self‑driven and always spotting new opportunities.
  • Water treatment knowledge (highly desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the South, Southeast and South Coast ( with occasional nights away from home - on average 5 times per month).
  • A valid driver’s license.
