ShopperTrak Key Account ManagerWhat You Will Do
As a Key Account Manager within ShopperTrak, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the retail sector. Supporting the execution of our key account strategy, you will develop trusted customer relationships, drive commercial growth, and maximise the value customers receive from our data-driven solutions. Working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to expand our footprint, increase wallet share, and retain critical business. This role will focus on a select group of high-potential named accounts, ensuring long-term partnership success while delivering against revenue, profitability, and retention objectives.

- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products, services, and capabilities.
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, customer success, and technical teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth metrics.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and account reporting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of retail trends, customer challenges, and competitive market developments.
Required:
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Strategic Sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer renewals and growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in customer retention and revenue expansion.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and engage customers at senior decision-maker level.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred:
- Experience working within retail technology, SaaS, analytics, data solutions, or customer insight environments.
- Knowledge of retail operations, consumer behaviour, footfall analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM and account planning tools.
