Key Account Manager

Location: London or Paris 

Hybrid: 2 to 3 days/week in office

About the Role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Bankers Almanac team.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic banking, financial services, and fintech clients across Europe. You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand the use of Bankers Almanac solutions, and help customers maximise the value of our data and API-driven offerings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded account manager who enjoys developing long-term client partnerships while driving revenue growth and customer success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing strategic accounts across Europe.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

  • Identify and deliver opportunities for account growth, retention, and product adoption.

  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives.

  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and renewals.

  • Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer value.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Strategic Account Management.

  • A track record of growing and retaining enterprise customers.

  • Experience selling data, SaaS, technology, or API-based solutions.

  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, fintech, compliance, or risk solutions.

  • Strong commercial, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
