As a KYC & Onboarding Analyst, you will support customers during the registration and verification process.
Your main focus will be to ensure onboarding is completed smoothly, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify customer documents in line with KYC and AML requirements
- Review and assess ID scan rejections and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Assist customers who experience issues during registration
- Follow up on incomplete registrations (email/calls where required)
- Monitor onboarding queues, minimize delays and keep our customers informed about their next steps
- Stay up to date with onboarding procedures and regulatory updates
- Contribute to managing the KYC lifecycle
- Spot and report bugs or inefficiencies, identify gaps in processes
- Work closely with CS, P&F, AML, Product teams, other internal stakeholders and external providers when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in the English and Dutch language.
- Strong attention to detail critical thinking, and a user-centered approach.
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Basic understanding of compliance, KYC, or regulated environments (preferred but not mandatory)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Flexible to cover shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
