  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership in a concise, commercially relevant manner.
  • Support strategic planning with forward-looking insights and trend analysis.
  • Work with marketing analytics tools, BI platforms, and data sources (e.g. GA4, CRM, attribution tools, ad platforms).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting across marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams where needed to improve data quality and tracking.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and ad platforms.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.

Experience and Education:

  • Experience in subscription-based or high-volume transactional SaaS businesses.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing analysis.
  • Experience working in a remote, global organization.
  • Knowledge of affiliate or creator-driven marketing ecosystems.
