About the Team:

The Global Marketing Team provides strategic vision to support Capco’s business goals and objectives worldwide. Our global team of 30+ marketers includes marketing strategists, designers, content produces, animators, and press and internal comms experts.

The team partners with the business to bring creative and targeted marketing campaigns to each geography, embracing new strategies and innovative techniques to keep Capco ahead of the competition. At Capco, the Marketing team is a partner to the business, helping to increase brand awareness, foster and build relationships with our clients and influencing the bottom line through lead generation and maturation. We also provide strategic and execution support to Capco’s corporate services functions, CSR, Health and Wellness and D&I initiatives.  

About the Role:

Capco is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join its growing team, supporting the UK Marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across London, Edinburgh and Glasgow. 

The ideal candidate must be passionate, dedicated, engaging, energetic, digital savvy, have high integrity, and strong inter-personal skills.  You should be willing to dive in and do everything from coordinating events, helping to create and distribute branded materials, draft social media copy, oversee the creation of blogs and articles and ordering giveaways for tradeshow events.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials including thought leadership, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral and social media posts.
  • Have strong written and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable editing copy for sales collateral and creating and/or editing PowerPoint presentations. 
    • Create social media content to help position Capco as a thought leader amongst financial services, insurance and energy industries
    • Support coordination of marketing campaigns and measure campaign success against pre-defined metrics and criteria across channels
  • Provide limited administrative support i.e. ordering giveaways, client gifts, arranging sessions with senior stakeholders, submitting invoices, managing content trackers etc.
  • Assist with management of all creative requests from the business including project management with design, content writers, and third-party agencies
  • Learn new marketing technologies and software platforms to support brand building and marketing reach
  • Maintain and update UK marketing pages on the intranet and create internal marketing newsletters.

What You’ll Bring with You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field.
  • 2+ years marketing experience in agency, management consulting, financial services and/or B2B technology industry, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and independent worker who also is a team player that can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience working with online content.
  • Possess superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the company.
  • Possess a high level of integrity, organisation and a results-driven orientation.
