Project Manager - Financial Services (Glasgow)

Role Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven Project Management experience to continue growing their career in financial services.

You might be a Financial Services professional with 2 years experience who has previously worked as a Project Manager. A background in Compliance is advantageous.

Full and detailed training will be provided

Skills and Experience

• Plan and manage end-to-end project lifecycle - including defining scope, setting milestones, resource planning, and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.

• Manage project documentation including reports, plans, schedules, budgets, and change control processes.

• Identify and resolve project issues proactively, escalating risks and dependencies to senior leadership when necessary.
