As a Marketing Director, you will oversee international marketing teams across Europe, develop and implement marketing strategies, manage the marketing budget, and collaborate with other departments to align with company objectives.

FREENOW is looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director. Reporting directly into the COO, you will oversee our international marketing teams and own our marketing efforts across 9 European markets.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Lead and manage our marketing teams across all countries, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across 9 European markets.
- Foster a culture of innovation, constantly challenging the status quo to drive growth.
- Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Maintain open communication channels within the team and with senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Use a data driven approach to make our marketing efforts measurable.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams within the European market.
- Strong background in performance and app marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent leadership skills and high performing team mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is a must.
- Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in scaling a technology marketplace
- Openness, flexibility and curiosity - you’re demonstrating a creative mindset and exceptional problem solving skills but being pragmatic and fast at the same time.
