Job Description:
What you’ll do
- Be the cornerstone of our growth: Build, lead, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and external specialists.
- Create impactful strategies: Develop and implement powerful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Run innovative campaigns: Lead creative campaigns across digital channels (SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing) and offline media.
- Maximize ROI: Manage the marketing budget and deliver optimal results through data-driven decisions and reporting.
- Stay ahead of trends: Introduce cutting-edge marketing tools and trends to keep RouteVision at the forefront of the industry.
- Contribute internationally: Share your expertise within our global network and attend international seminars to exchange best practices.
What you bring
- Extensive experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with several years in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership: A strong track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strategic and creative mindset: Ability to develop and execute innovative, results-driven marketing strategies.
- Digital marketing expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEA, SEO, CRO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Data-driven approach: Skilled in analyzing marketing data and KPIs to identify and implement improvements.
- Strong communication: You inspire, persuade, and build bridges between internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Capable of managing complex projects efficiently and setting clear priorities.
- Fluency in Dutch (speaking and written)
