As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and driving key marketing and business objectives for the RaySafe (a Fluke Health Solutions company) portfolio. This includes involvement in setting strategic direction for the worldwide business, meeting revenue and profitability targets, building & leading high-performance programs, and creating sales enablement tools and content in order to help achieve global revenue growth.   

You will be working cross-functionally to integrate marketing strategies within Sales and Product Management. 


Responsibilities:

  • Learn the technical and economic environment influencing the business, including the procedures, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including with cross-functional team members, product management colleagues, field selling organization, channel partners, and end users.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans including: developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams
  • Form strong relationships with top industry organizations, associations, groups, vendors, and thought leaders     
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for growth. 
  • Contribute to the development of annual plans that clearly outline franchise objectives, strategies, tactics and activities.  Execute specific projects and/or tactical plans to deliver profitable growth and maximize global market opportunities.
  • Contribute to the identification and execution of a well-tailored self-development plan.
  • Visiting Hovas, Sweden approximately once a month.


Required qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ years of successful related business experience
  • Medical device experience
  • Global product launch experience
  • Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation, planning, and execution
  • Ability to travel 30% internationally and locally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience or product management experience
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in medical device quality assurance or biomedical engineering
  • Degree in Science or Engineering
