Your mission:

We’re looking for a strategically driven Head of Marketing to join us on a fixed term contract, covering maternity leave. You’ll be responsible for leading the marketing team at MPG, as well as the marketing strategy for Keywords Studios Create Service Line, ensuring that we are staying ahead of the competition. 

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, with a focus on client marketing, enhancing MPG’s and Create’s brand visibility within the games industry, and managing our dynamic marketing team. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being responsible for leading, developing and managing all of our external marketing (client and recruitment led), communications and PR across all offline and online channels
  • Taking the lead with our brand identity internally and externally, working with internal stakeholders as appropriate 
  • Developing integrated marketing campaigns with consistent, emotionally resonant and powerfully compelling narratives
  • Compiling and analysing regular reports 
  • Championing collaboration between all departments and business units
Requirements

What we would need from you:

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a track record of delivery in a similar position
  • You may have worked within a group company, managing multiple brands and taking your lead from the division whilst working within a wider corporate structure 
  • Previous experience managing a small team, drawing on any available internal support/expertise and external agencies as appropriate
  • Global marketing experience from within the video games industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, events management and brand development
  • Naturally entrepreneurial in your approach
  • The ability to approach an issue in multiple ways. Will push evolution in how we think about our marketing, and strive to keep up our amazing reputation in the games world
  • Maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the group
  • An excellent communicator
