They are the main focus, the center of everything we do. The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operations across all our teams that are taking care of a unique customer segment. As our "Operations Manager Digital Cash (m/f/x)" you ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders and manage projects to improve customer experience.

Your playing field:

  • You are the go-to person for our operational teams, internal payment provider and stakeholders working with our customers. 
  • You identify any problems, pro-actively come up with solutions and work closely with colleagues from other departments on the implementation.
  • You communicate and coordinate various internal and external stakeholders efficiently. 
  • You manage different projects to ensure smooth operations. 
  • You work closely with Marketing, Communications and Data to improve processes. 
  • You document processes and ensure delivered reports are on track.

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Qualification. You hold a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience. You have relevant work experience in a position that is related to operations, project management or stakeholder management, ideally within iGaming, FinTech, Payments and/or Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills. You are an excellent communicator and are able to speak in a friendly but confident and efficient manner with various internal & external stakeholders.
  • Project Management. You have experience in project management and/or stakeholder management and are passionate about streamlining processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Motivation. You are pro-active, self-driven and always approach issues with a problem-solving mindset. You enjoy being involved in various projects and you can easily structure topics.
  • Fluency in German and English. As the leading sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, fluency in German is required. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential.
