Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and a strong understanding of supply chain processes. Ideally will be based out of the Mississauga Ontario, Canada office.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion SCM modules (with a string focus on Order Management) to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
- Configuration and Extension: Configure and Supervise Extensions to Oracle Fusion SCM application to accommodate unique business requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box features and custom extensions as necessary.
- Integration: Design and implement integration solutions to connect Oracle Fusion SCM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize Oracle Fusion SCM applications for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and system architecture diagrams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle Fusion SCM applications and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification preferred.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing Oracle Fusion SCM solutions in complex enterprise environments with significant experience in Order Management.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- In depth knowledge of Oracle's Redwood platform and close familiarity with Redwood updates to SCM modules in 2024 and 2025.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation methodologies, such as AIM or OUM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
