About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager to join our expanding RevOps team. This role will lead and manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from discovery through implementation. You will shape and improve the partnership funnel with a strong focus on onboarding, drive strategic business initiatives, and help mature and expand the partnership processes at HiBob. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure our Partner Managers have the tools, processes, and structure they need to support our partners' rapid growth.
This role requires a blend of technical system-oriented thinking and strong operational judgement, along with an understanding of business processes and a partner-centric mindset.

- Experience working in partner operations or a partner-facing organisation, especially with top-of-funnel motion
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for fast-paced startup environments
- Proven records of driving meaningful impact across teams
- Three or more years of experience in project management and information systems with a technical background
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, PartnerStack, Workato, Asana, Outreach, and Tableau
- Experience in implementing new tools and scaling partner operational processes is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in HR Tech and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Plan, design, and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Own and optimise the partnership funnel
- Translate business requirements into detailed documentation, including user stories, solution specifications, process diagrams, and KPI tracking models
- Serve as the central point of contact between the partner domain and our CRM team, providing balanced guidance and operational clarity.
- Implement processes, frameworks, and operational structure for the Partner organisation
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance
- Develop playbooks and milestones to standardise and scale partner onboarding
- Coordinate cross-functionally to support pipeline targets and partner needs
- Work closely with our partner success managers to ensure a seamless partner experience
