A role you will love
As a People Project Manager, you’ll lead and deliver a varied portfolio of people focused projects that support business growth, transformation and regulatory change. Operating at the centre of the People function, you’ll manage projects end to end, working closely with senior leaders, technology teams and external partners to create clear plans, manage risk, solve problems and ensure successful delivery across a global stakeholder landscape.
What you’ll do:
- Lead multiple People projects from initiation through to delivery and closure, ensuring strong governance, planning and reporting
- Build trusted relationships and facilitate collaboration, challenging constructively to drive the right outcomes
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues, working with others to agree and deliver pragmatic solutions
- Deliver change across policy, legislative, technology and vendor related initiatives
- Support mergers, acquisitions, divestments and the onboarding of new businesses
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the People PMO, strengthening project standards and ways of working

What you’ll bring:
- Ideally experienced in delivering complex projects or change, ideally involving change, risk, regulatory or technology elements
- Awareness of the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to risk management and closure
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence influencing decisions at senior levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience working through ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Exposure to global or multi jurisdictional organisations, vendor management or formal PM qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM), or willingness to work towards one
