What you’ll do

We are looking for a Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation. As a process engineer, you will be responsible to manage process resources and optimizing current processes and complexities. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

In detail, you will:

  • Developing, optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment. Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electric/ Automation Engineering or a similar area is preferable

  • Proven work experience electric / automation domain (min 2 years)

  • Excellent technical skills

  • Experience in process Programmable Logic Controller software and Hardware

  • Focus on continuous improvement

  • Basic English knowledge is a fundamental
