Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is the fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy. We are the leading AI-powered creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently.

🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Platform to drive the next stage of Fanvue’s product evolution. This role owns core streams across Creator Earnings, Acquisition and Activation, and Growth Hacking, combining deep product thinking with rapid experimentation and platform-scale impact.

You will define clear roadmaps, scale 0→1 initiatives, and deliver features that materially move engagement, retention, and revenue. While Fanvue operates remotely, we also have a London office for in-person collaboration, which is highly valued by many team members.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Own the roadmap for Creator Earnings, Activation, and Growth Hacking, shipping impactful features tied to core KPIs

  • Manage the Growth and Platform backlog, ensuring prioritisation is tied to OKRs and engineering has clarity

  • Run high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests across the creator funnel and key product surfaces

  • Map, instrument, and optimise the creator AARRR funnel in partnership with data engineering

  • Work hands-on in SQL and Amplitude to generate insights, shape hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Conduct ongoing research with creators, AI operators, and developers to identify opportunities and validate product direction

  • Support development of the Creator API ecosystem, with API experience useful but not required

👀 Who You Are

A highly technical, data-driven product manager with a growth mindset and strong ownership DNA. You combine analytical rigour with strong product intuition and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience running data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and iterative product cycles

  • Fluency with analytics tools such as SQL, Amplitude, and dashboarding

  • A product-led growth mindset with a track record of driving acquisition, activation, retention, or virality through product

  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering on architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and system trade-offs

  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and the economic impact of product changes across a two-sided ecosystem

  • Strong empathy for creators and developers, with an ability to blend qualitative insights with quantitative data

  • A founder-like mentality with the ability to independently drive high-impact initiatives from concept to execution

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with or designing public APIs or platform ecosystems

  • Familiarity with the creator economy, social platforms, or two-sided marketplaces

  • Background in growth-stage consumer or SaaS product organisations

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You enjoy combining systems thinking, experimentation, and platform product work

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building quickly

  • You enjoy owning metrics end-to-end and being accountable for meaningful commercial impact

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You prefer rigid structure or long planning cycles

  • You need narrow scopes rather than broad ownership

  • You are uncomfortable being accountable for revenue-impacting metrics

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?
  • Build at the frontier of AI and the creator economy

  • Competitive salary

  • High visibility across the leadership team

  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Flexible working with the option to work from our London office

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing

Fanvue is for Everyone

We know that diverse teams build better products. Even if you do not meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into parts of a role, and we value potential just as much as experience.
