We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You are a capable Product Manager who has a passion for products, experience using AI tools to enhance your work and deliver AI-powered features, and the ability to execute effectively while contributing to product strategy. Playing a key role in our dynamic Product Development team with support from our group-wide product function and reporting to the Head of Product, you will own product roadmaps and deliver engaging AI-powered solutions for our hospitality customers. You will have experience with or strong interest in the Hospitality sector, either working for an operator or for a supplier providing solutions to hospitality operators. As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional and remote teams including Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support and Customer Success, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals and user needs. You'll have a natural growth mindset, AI-first thinking balanced with pragmatic delivery, and drive to achieve great outcomes for our Hospitality customers and the Access business.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Shape hospitality products by owning product roadmaps that balance customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility, creating comprehensive specifications using AI tools and designing onboarding experiences that reduce time-to-value for customers

• Leverage AI to accelerate delivery by mastering prompt engineering to generate specifications, creating interactive prototypes using AI tools, and using AI daily to analyse usage patterns and generate insights that inform product decisions

• Drive commercial success by developing pricing and packaging strategies aligned with customer value, designing viral loops that drive organic growth, and articulating ROI (return on investment) clearly to stakeholders

• Build customer expertise and collaborate cross-functionally by leading comprehensive customer research using Jobs-to-Be-Done framework, understanding hospitality operational challenges, and orchestrating complex programmes across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) product management in agile environments with a proven track record of delivering successful products

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for enhancing product management workflows and contributing to AI-powered feature delivery

• Understanding of hospitality operations or strong interest in the sector, combined with solid commercial understanding and ability to articulate product value

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations
