Mission: To power the world's intelligence.

Runware is the unified developer platform for AI inferenceone API for all AI. We are building infrastructure that runs AI faster, more cost-effectively, and with higher redundancy.

Companies like Higgsfield, OpenArt, Freepik, and Nightcafe use Runware to power generative AI workflows in their products. Through a single API, without needing to manage the underlying infrastructure and model complexity themselves.

Today, Runware aggregates hundreds of AI model classes and hundreds of thousands of model variants behind one consistent schema and endpoint. Next, we aim to make every AI model available to every developer through a unified API. Building a platform that abstracts all of that, and serves >300 million end-users across >200,000 developers, requires solving the industry's hardest problems across ML systems, infrastructure, API design, and developer experience simultaneously.

Role overview

Product Managers at Runware are the glue that unites engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive the product strategy and execution. This is a highly technical, hands‑on, and cross‑functional role where you will set the direction for your products. You will partner with customers, engineering and GTM to decide what we build, why it matters, and how we execute — with a relentless focus on customer impact, revenue, and scale.

What you’ll do
  • Define and communicate the vision & roadmap: define the vision, strategy, and key metrics for your product, ensuring alignment across engineering, GTM, and leadership.
  • Shape the product management function: collaborate with leadership to shape our function and processes, aligning industry best practices with Runware’s unique culture.
  • Partner on execution: own the details and be a true partner to engineers, spotting problems before they take root, ensuring they are resolved.
  • Partner on go-to-market: get into critical deals early, translate what prospects need into prototypes the team can act on, and launch new products with refined positioning and segmentation.
  • Become an expert on the market and customer: engage regularly with customers, partners and stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and turn insights into product requirements.
  • Leverage AI as a force multiplier: use AI tools end-to-end, to move faster across discovery, prototyping, analysis, and communication.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
  • B2B SaaS product management experience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Have a strong grasp of AI and ML, whether from building AI-powered products or working closely with ML and inference teams.
  • Have built products for technical users, and understand what great developer experience looks like from the inside.
  • Ability to communicate with precision; writing a PRD, presenting a roadmap to leadership, or explaining a technical trade‑off to a customer, you articulate complex ideas simply and convincingly.
  • Comfortable demoing to prospects, vibe coding prototypes, querying databases; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, leverage AI and learn new skills to accelerate the team.

Benefits

We’re a remote-first collective, meeting in person twice a year to plan, brainstorm, celebrate wins, and enjoy some face-to-face time. We have core hours for cooperative working and calls, but outside of that, your calendar is yours. Work the hours that let you perform at your peak while also building a healthy life.

Our release cycles are fast and intense, but they’re followed by real downtime. After big pushes, we expect the team to unplug, recharge, and come back ready & stronger than ever for the next leap.

  • Generous paid time off – vacation, sick days, public holidays
  • Meaningful stock options – share in the upside you create
  • Remote-first setup – work from home anywhere we can employ you
  • Flexible hours – own your schedule outside core collaboration blocks
  • Family leave – paid maternity, paternity, and caregiver time
  • Company retreats – twice-yearly gatherings in inspiring locations

Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship in the UK at this time. Candidates must have existing right to work in the UK.

From traditional pubs and centuries-old universities to sleek shopping malls and glass-paneled office buildings, Edinburgh's architecture reflects its unique blend of history and modernity. But the fusion of past and future isn't just visible in its buildings; it's also shaping the city's economy.
