The Role: As our Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our products to the world. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Product Marketer to develop strategic messaging. This involves positioning, and go-to-market plans, while ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our overarching brand vision.

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audiences and sets us apart in the market. Enabling Sales: Develop high-impact sales materials and lead training sessions to empower our sales teams with the tools they need to win.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure flawless execution of product initiatives.

  • Marketing Research: Conduct in-depth research to inform strategy, understand customer needs, and analyze market trends and competitor activity.

  • Launching Products: Plan, execute, and manage successful product launches that generate excitement and drive customer adoption.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts to elevate our products' visibility and secure positive media coverage.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in product marketing, ideally within a fast-growing company.

  • Have a strategic mindset: You’re customer-centric and have a keen eye for market trends.

  • Have excellent communication skills: You can craft compelling stories, deliver presentations with confidence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Be a self-starter with experience in scaling environments and product marketing in a fast-growing environment.

  • Have strategic, customer-centric mindset, and hands on approach to product marketing.

  • Experience in people management is a bonus, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
