Job Description: Product Marketing Manager

About the Role
ZutaCore is a leader in waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions for AI and high-performance computing workloads. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales Operations, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across priority markets. This role also supports product-led public relations and thought leadership initiatives that elevate ZutaCore’s visibility, credibility, and differentiation across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for ZutaCore’s waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions.
- Define and refine messaging for target markets including High Frequency Trading (HFT), Media & Telecommunications, NeoClouds, AI Factories, and Universities & Research Institutions.
- Serve as the central product marketing liaison, working closely with product management, solution architects, and sales teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Lead the creation of high-impact product assets including case studies, white papers, videos, solution briefs, and sales enablement materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to drive positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive product launch planning and execution across marketing, sales, and product
- Lead product- and solution-focused public relations initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership, shaping narratives aligned to thought-leadership, product innovation, customer wins, and industry trends.
- Develop PR messaging frameworks aligned to product launches and technical differentiation, ensuring consistency across earned, owned, and sales channels.
- Collaborate with product management, solution architects, and sales to identify compelling stories and proof points for media, analysts, and industry influencers.
- Support thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and contributed content by translating product and market insights into press materials, bylines, and
- Partner with external media/analyst contacts as needed to support announcements, briefings, and campaign execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B technology environment; experience in AI, data center infrastructure, HPC, or adjacent markets is strongly
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning frameworks, and value proposition development.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience supporting product-led PR, analyst relations, or thought leadership initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), along with analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
