Project Delivery Manager
Location: Edinburgh or London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent

Lead high-impact project delivery across wealth and asset management initiatives

The Role
As a Project Delivery Manager at Capco, you’ll lead complex programmes across the financial services landscape. You’ll shape and oversee key projects for leading investment platforms and wealth management firms, building strong client relationships while ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered on time and to specification. With your focus on delivery excellence, risk management and continuous improvement, you’ll make an impact that matters in every phase of project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle: scope, estimation, planning, tracking, and reporting.

  • Manage delivery teams across Agile and traditional models to meet milestones efficiently.

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.

  • Monitor deliverable quality and risks, and guide your team through sprint execution and prioritisation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying lessons learned and optimising future delivery.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven project management experience within financial services, ideally Wealth & Asset Management or pensions.

  • Demonstrated success in software delivery and leading cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong understanding of investment platforms, financial regulations, and operational processes.

  • Experience liaising with internal functions and external clients to support project integration.


Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with or within a technology platform provider.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in daily stand-ups/scrums.

  • Knowledge of risk management, reporting cadence, and performance metrics.

  • Background in software development or related technology fields.

  • Professional project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
