Regional Commercialization Manager - Brazil /Mexico - Vice President
Job Description
J.P. Morgan is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President to join our Treasury Commercialization team as a Market and Product Expansion Manager. This pivotal role supports the Latin America region and can be based in either São Paulo, Brazil, or Mexico City, Mexico.
The candidate will play a critical role in driving the successful release and adoption of our Treasury suite of solutions by aligning client needs with product pricing and positioning. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, the candidate will work closely with Sales and Product Management to lead the commercialization efforts, ensuring our products meet local market demands and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis to evaluate market trends, client behavior, and competitor intelligence.
- Market Research: Perform research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements.
- Product Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to tailor collateral to specific markets effectively.
- GTM Strategy Execution: Support the execution of the Global Commercialization Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, collaborating across product teams and communicating GTM nuances.
- Product Support: Provide support to product teams in completing and maintaining Box(es) coverage across Treasury.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work with Sales and Marketing teams on GTM stripes/packages and sector/region/archetype nuances.
- Cross-Sell Initiatives: Assist cross-sell workstreams/campaign teams to drive pipeline visibility, grow client product adoption, and increase revenue streams.
- Coordination and Planning: Serve as a coordinator in the Go To Market-Marketing and Ready to Launch relationships, contributing to project planning to ensure readiness activities are tracked.
- Message Consistency: Maintain Treasury message consistency internally and externally across all GTM artifacts, analyzing existing artifacts for gaps.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including a combination of product management and/or payments industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, sales, consulting, and/or operations.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to secure necessary market approvals and operational requirements.
- Strong understanding of risk management, controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements.
- Ability to drive cross-collaboration across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a constructive outlook in dynamic environments.
- Strategic communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
