We are recruiting for a Sales Adviser, to join our thriving Jewson branch in Dalkeith (EH22 1RZ).
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30 – 17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver great customer service and understand customer needs.
- Build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Recommend products and solutions, including cross-selling.
- Support sales, margin and branch targets.
- Maintain high standards across the branch.
- Process orders and administration accurately.
- Build product knowledge and support the wider team.

- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Confident building relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
- Commercially aware and proactive.
- Good attention to detail and comfortable using systems.
- Willing to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Flexible, positive and a strong team player.
