Provide friendly, efficient customer service on the shop floor and service points, drive sales through product knowledge and recommendations, maintain store standards (cleanliness and availability), follow safe and legal working practices, and support store priorities, promotions and new ways of working.

You’ll have a positive attitude, always working towards making welcome recommendations and improving sales.

- Serve and sell positively across the store
Skills, Knowledge and expertise
- Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
- Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
- Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
- Have great product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
