Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor during Sunday shift, engage proactively with customers, meet sales priorities, maintain store standards, and follow safe legal working practices.

You’ll have a positive attitude, always working towards making welcome recommendations and improving sales.

- To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before task every time
- Champion new ways of working within stores through an open mindset and positive attitude
- Complete tasks and processes that deliver the best standards
- Serve and sell positively across the store
Skills, Knowledge and expertise
- Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
- Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
- Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
- Have great product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
