Overview of the position

We are looking for a driven and commercially curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global sales team. This is an outbound-first role: you will identify, engage, and qualify senior decision-makers at enterprise accounts, generating pipeline for our New Business team. You will work within a structured, data-driven sales development function, using modern tooling and proven outbound methodology. If you are energised by conversations with senior stakeholders, motivated by targets, and want to develop deep expertise in one of the world’s most complex and consequential subject areas – global regulatory compliance – this is the role for you.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Execute structured multi-touch outbound sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn) targeting senior contacts at enterprise accounts, using Gong Engage.
  • Identify and research net-new prospects using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, validating contact data before loading into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Conduct concise qualification calls to validate prospect fit and book meetings with our Account Executive team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly meetings-set and meetings-held targets, maintaining consistent daily dial and conversation activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline data in Microsoft Dynamics to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team and Marketing to share market intelligence and contribute to ongoing improvement of outbound messaging and targeting.

Key requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales development or inside sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
  • Confident cold caller with strong phone presence; treats objections as conversations, not barriers.
  • High-quality written communication: able to write compelling, personalised outbound emails that generate responses.
  • Experience with a sales engagement platform (Gong Engage, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar) and a CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable working to daily KPIs, reviewing your own performance metrics, and adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Self-starter: able to manage your own workflow and pipeline remotely without micromanagement.
  • Experience or genuine interest in regulatory compliance, EHS, product compliance, or sustainability is a strong advantage.

If you are ready to join our journey, please apply!
