Here at DXC Technology we continue to significantly expand our SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are actively looking for SAP ERP Solution Architect to join our growing team. If you're passionate about engaging in the full lifecycle of SAP projects—from initial sales engagement to project delivery, this role could be perfect for you. You'll be working with clients across multiple industries in the UK and Europe, applying your subject matter expertise to help deliver value-driven SAP solutions.

As a virtual-first company, you will work primarily from home, with minimal travel requirements. We focus on three core drivers of growth: People, Customers, and Operational Execution—the foundation of our business and where we invest heavily.

Opportunity Analysis

• Understand the client's context and requirements across various stages (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, and post-RfP).
• Validate opportunities by aligning business challenges, current technology architecture, and project scope with DXC’s capabilities and offerings.
• Quickly understand client requirements and translate them into actionable proposals that resonate with the client’s business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Solution Architecture: Define and drive SAP solution strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• SAP Activate & Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Conduct Explore phase workshops to assess requirements, perform Fit-to-Standard analysis, and drive SAP best practice adoption.
• End-to-End Business Process Optimization: Work with stakeholders to optimize SAP-supported business processes across modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, SuccessFactors, or Ariba.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to translate business needs into SAP solution designs.
• SAP Integration Strategy: Oversee SAP interoperability with non-SAP applications and ensure smooth integration within enterprise architecture.
• Solution Governance & Compliance: Ensure SAP solutions adhere to best practices, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Leadership: Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives (RISE with SAP), ensuring successful execution.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay updated on SAP innovations, S/4HANA advancements, and digital transformation trends to advise leadership on future SAP strategy.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with a focus on functional architecture and business process transformation.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and key SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or HR.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology, leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, and guiding Agile SAP implementations.
• Deep understanding of SAP business processes, integration points, and best practices.
• Proven ability to define SAP roadmaps, blueprinting, and solution transformation strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud, RISE with SAP, and deployment strategies (technical skills not required, but conceptual knowledge is beneficial).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with experience in leading cross-functional SAP teams.
