We’re looking for a full-time Brand & Marketing Designer to join our vibrant Design team in Tel-Aviv.
About the role:
Our team is looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer with a strong background in conceptual design, visual design, and digital design. As part of this position, Artlist’s style will be defined in collaboration with the production and content teams. In addition, we are seeking a candidate who is capable of thinking strategically about our campaigns, expanding our design language, and executing highly detailed projects. - Be a key contributor to the development of the company’s brand, tone of voice, and look & feel
- Own and design our website’s marketing assets and visual materials.
- Influence, develop and update our brand identity and infrastructure, utilize cutting-edge tools to improve the quality of our creative work
- Gather information, clarify goals, and develop creative strategies for the company by collaborating with marketing, content, product, product-marketing, production experts, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Build a data-driven approach for sharing with other teams to determine improvements based on the experiences of users
Requirements
- +5 years’ experience working in B2C/B2B companies and a strong understanding of the design process, focusing on Web, marketing and creative design.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and After Effects - a big advantage.
- Exceptional portfolio of creative and digital marketing projects, including creative branding projects, website and mobile design, brandbook guidelines, illustrations, and infographics.
- Excellent web design skills
- Experience with AI design tools - Midjourney.
- Self-driven, independent, and capable of leading end-to-end projects.
- Exceptional thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experienced in working with design systems
- Expertise in Figma (Must)
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong project management skills
- Expertise in user data processes, including A/B testing, user interviews, and user testing (creating funnels, metrics, insights dashboards, and segmentation), as well as data analytics tools. Fullstory and UserTesting.com - A big advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in art or design or an equivalent degree
- A team player with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude with excellent social and personality skills
