The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships, driving new business sales, and achieving revenue targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Salary range: £35,000-£42,000 (negotiable depending on experience), plus an uncapped commission structure. Realistic year one OTE is £60,000-£70,000, with the potential to exceed this.

The Role

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and new business sales
- Spotting opportunities within existing campaigns to upsell and cross-sell accordingly
- Good amount of technical understanding to set up campaigns and lead flow
- Effective negotiation on orders and prices
- Ad hoc competitor analysis and research projects
- Working with the wider cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance teams
- Meeting prospects and clients
- Supporting junior team members
