Job Overview: 

Define the scope and objectives of business systems through research and collaboration with stakeholders.

Analyse user needs and adjust system logic to enhance efficiency and performance.

Oversee business systems projects from inception through implementation and support.

Design PowerBI dashboards and functional prototypes to support data-driven requirements gathering.

Extract, query, and interpret complex lab data using SQL to inform clinical and operational decisions.

Translate technical infrastructure requirements into accessible documentation and actionable plans.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to align technology with business goals in clinical trial settings.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, including 6 years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment preferred.
  • Deep understanding of business applications and client requirements in a regulated setting.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data in complex systems.            
  • Proficiency with PowerBI to translate datasets into dynamic visualizations and insights.
  • Knowledge of lab data structures, enterprise platforms, and clinical research workflows.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
