Senior Growth Propositions Manager - Manchester

Role Overview:

As a Senior Growth Propositions Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, securing, and launching new business opportunities within our newly-formed B2B team. You will focus on selling the ClearScore financial marketplace to partners across a range of industries, ensuring that our offerings meet the diverse needs of our partners and their customers. You will also work with our key partners, forging strategic relationships and helping to support them in developing their end user propositions. Your strategic vision and relationship-building skills will be key in supporting our Partnerships team to deliver the best possible propositions.


Key Responsibilities:
1. BusinessDevelopment:

  • Identify and target potential marketplace partners who align with ClearScore’s values and marketplace.
  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to secure new partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes that can inform our approach.

2. SalesStrategy:

  • Lead the sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition into implementation.
  • Provide strategic advice and define the end-user propositions that align ClearScore’s capabilities with strategic partner goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and sales materials that resonate with partners.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, sales activities, and partner interactions.

3. RelationshipManagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners post-launch, ensuring they are maximising the value of our marketplace oferrings.
  • Gather feedback from partners to continually refine our propositions and identify opportunities for upselling. 

4. TeamSupport:

  • Work closely with the partnerships team to align on strategic initiatives, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to team meetings by providing updates on pipeline, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high- performing environment.

Skills we'd love you to have

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, growth management, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience within Financial services is beneficial but not required.

Our Hybrid Model

  • Levels 1-5: Minimum 2 days per week in-office
  • Level 6 and above: Minimum 3 days per week in-office
