Spring Health is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive improvements to our member experience journey, ensuring a seamless transition from member to patient while optimizing conversion rates, revenue, and patient outcomes. This role will be instrumental in building high-impact, data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance engagement, drive appointment bookings and attendance, and ultimately improve health outcomes.
This role is perfect for an Iterable expert, a growth marketer with a strong testing mindset, and someone who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. You’ll lead high-impact experimentation and collaborate with Product, Data, BI, Engineering, and CS teams to optimize marketing automations and drive continuous improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and Optimize Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns
- Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel engagement strategies (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, direct mail) to drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify friction points in the member-to-patient journey and develop data-driven strategies to optimize touchpoints and improve conversion rates.
- Implement behavioral and predictive modeling to enhance personalization and engagement.
- Act as an Iterable SME, managing campaign execution, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
Experimentation & Growth Optimization
- Drive a robust A/B testing roadmap to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
- Establish segmentation strategies that leverage member behavior, demographics, and engagement history to optimize lifecycle marketing performance.
- Partner closely with the patient pod members (product, eng, design, data, and marketing) to support product / pod driven initiatives and experiments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, BI, and Customer Success teams to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with product experience and member needs.
- Partner with Marketing Creative and Clinical Content teams to develop cohesive messaging and touchpoints.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and track key lifecycle marketing KPIs, including conversion rates, engagement metrics, appointment bookings, and revenue impact.
- Work with Marketing Analytics and BI to build reporting frameworks and dashboards to improve visibility into lifecycle marketing performance across the org.
- Establish QA and process frameworks to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

- Flawless Execution → Robust QA processes, ensuring that all campaigns are executed seamlessly and without errors.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or growth marketing, preferably in healthtech, B2B2C, or D2C.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for Iterable.
- Strong background in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, direct mail).
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to interpret data, define success metrics, and iterate based on performance insights.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and BI teams.
- Strong process and QA management skills to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle campaigns.

The target base salary range for this position is $125,520 - $156,900, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
