About the role

The role of experienced Product Owner is required to manage end to end product activities and high-quality delivery of Payrix new products, enhancements, and releases to market.

Execute the product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in development and requirements. BA, Develop Support, QA and GTM.

What you will be doing

  • Engage and interact with stakeholders during planning sessions, gaining a detailed understanding of user requirements. Function as Voice of Customer.
  • Prepares and presents product plans. Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
  • Establish and articulate a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Manage product plan by prioritising and scoping features, enhancements, bugs relating to the product, integration needs and technology advancements.
  • Managing delivery expectations and requirements for success. Including Release, GTM, Support documentation.
  • Assist the Head of Product with content for product roadmaps.
    Ensures timely delivery, clear visibility and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.
  • Jumping into Product technical meetings, assisting engineering teams.
    Supporting requirements and acting as decision maker and sign off.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner role
  • Experience in the SaaS FinTech / Payments / Banking space
  • Excellent Project Management Documentation and Process skills
  • Atlassian Suite user - Confluence and Jira
  • Data Driven analysis.
  • Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and scrum processes
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and design
  • Excellent technical and non-technical problem-solving skills
  • Proven success prioritising commercial and/or business critical projects
  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to executive management
  • Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.
  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability

Added bonus if you have

  • Quality Assurance experience via test plans, report cards and similar.
  • Any relevant Industry Qualifications / Certification
  • Hands on experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with Salesforce
