Job Description:

The opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project execution, budget, time schedule, project scope & changes, project team management and effective communication with both internal & external stakeholders. You will be the customer´s voice into our organization and will secure customer satisfaction and achievement of overall project goals. Our Projects are global and multidisciplinary and our project teams are multicultural and multinational.

To be considered you will have proven experience of project management, experience from energy or power industry.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead the project team with clear direction, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and achievement of technical, safety, quality, and financial targets.

  • Oversee project planning including scope, budget, schedule, and risk. Monitor implementation stages to ensure cost control, resource efficiency, and compliance with HSE standards.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Manage contract amendments, variation orders and claims in collaboration with contract, supply chain and legal functions.

  • Drive project deliverables, identify and address risks, and ensure lessons learned are shared to improve ongoing and future projects. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal standards.

  • Manage contract negotiations and claims in collaboration with contracts and legal functions.

Your Background

  • Proven experience of project management, experience from energy or power industry.

  • You hold a university degree, a degree in engineering or other technical area is preferable.

  • You enjoy collaboration and want to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

  • As a Project Manager you are structured, open-minded and communicative.

  • You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term.
