Job Overview

The ideal candidate will ensure the promotion and publication of key campaigns across various platforms. You’ll develop and distribute external promotions, conduct monthly strategy research, coordinate content creation with other departments, and utilize Google Alerts to stay updated. Working with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Media Partner Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our social media strategy.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing a global social media strategy for each platform.
  • Promoting and publishing key campaigns: speakers, articles, startup pitches, awards, tickets, agendas, countdowns, iGatherings, VIP guests, cultural tours, sponsors, official parties, KOL quotes, magazines (offline + digital), and acknowledgments.
  • Developing external promotion strategies with the media pack, in concert with the Head of Digital Marketing and Media Partner Manager.
  • Conducting monthly hashtag/content/trend strategy research to be reviewed with the Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Coordinating content creation with other departments in the creative team.
  • Using Google Alerts to monitor relevant content.

You'll need to have:

  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of social media advertising and campaign management.
  • A creative mindset with innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
