About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Senior Director of Professional Services for Europe, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organisations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike Services team offers opportunities to lead and scale regional operations while delivering critical security services to organisations across Western Europe. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in expanding our European presence and delivering world-class professional services to our growing customer base.

This position is based remotely in the UK or Germany.

  • Are you experienced in overseeing teams that perform incident response, cybersecurity consulting, or technical product/platform implementations?

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and scale Professional Services operations across Europe

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with regional market opportunities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Law Firms and Insurance providers

  • Design and launch new service offerings tailored to European market needs

  • Lead multiple teams of technical professionals across incident response, consulting, and implementation services

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to build and execute regional growth strategies

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives through public speaking and industry engagement

  • Create and maintain a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement

  • Develop and execute business cases for regional investment and expansion

  • Oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all service offerings

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience leading professional services organisations in Western Europe

  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams across multiple countries

  • Strong understanding of European market dynamics and business practices

  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships

  • Experience overseeing incident response, consulting, and technology implementation projects

  • Track record of successful business case development and execution

  • Strong public speaking and thought leadership capabilities

  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships

  • Experience in developing and launching new service offerings

  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus)

  • Ability to travel across Europe up to 40% of the time
