Job Description

Your Career

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Social Media Specialist  to join our global social media team in the London office, supporting our brand and campaigns across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll help shape and share our cybersecurity story across social platforms with a focus on localization, regional amplification, and storytelling that resonates with EMEA audiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams, translate complex topics into compelling, audience-first content, and support both day-to-day execution and special projects like case study promotion, Ignite on Tour coverage, and localized thought leadership. If you're a strong writer, strategic thinker, and enjoy the balance of creativity and structure, this role is for you.

Your Impact

  • Lead the execution of EMEA social media programs in partnership with the global social team, including adapting messaging and assets to resonate with regional audiences
  • Create compelling social content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, with a focus on regional storytelling and voice
  • Partner with campaign managers to localize and amplify case studies, thought leadership, and customer wins across EMEA markets
  • Coordinate event coverage and travel for key regional events like Ignite on Tour, capturing moments and developing content in real time
  • Craft engaging content for our Employee Advocacy platform to empower regional teams and partners with brand-aligned content
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and approvals while keeping projects on track
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors (or edit simple graphics/videos yourself) to bring ideas to life
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, applying insights to optimize strategy
  • Participate in social listening activities and share EMEA-specific insights with global teams
  • Help manage agency partners to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables
  • Travel is required for this role to support Ignite on Tour

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B or high-tech environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—especially for social-first formats
  • Familiarity with EMEA audiences and an understanding of how to adapt content for different cultures and regions
  • Experience collaborating with designers and editors; basic design or video editing skills (e.g., PhotoShop, Final Cut) are a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience working with social media scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • A self-starter with solid organizational and project management skills
  • Bonus: experience working on influencer programs, customer marketing, or executive social content
