We are looking for an AI Native Startup Partner Managers to join NVIDIA for Startups — NVIDIA’s business got startups building on NVIDIA technologies across AI, accelerated data science, high-performance computing, and advanced visual computing.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, engage, technically assess, and recruit the most relevant and promising startups across Europe building on NVIDIA-accelerated platforms, with a focus on Media & Entertainment, LegalTech, AI Developer Tools, Data Science, and Generative AI

  • Evaluate startup technical maturity, architecture decisions, and platform alignment, including usage of CUDA libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, GPU-accelerated data pipelines, and training/inference stacks

  • Share ecosystem, technology, and developer-level insights with internal partners, translating startup feedback into actionable input for NVIDIA platform, SDK, and product teams

  • Act as the voice of NVIDIA Inception members by developing a deep understanding of their technical roadmaps, research foundations, system architectures, and platform dependencies

  • Provide AI Native priority members with technically relevant content, enablement, and tooling to accelerate adoption of CUDA-based libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, and developer platforms

  • Design and lead one-to-few technical workshops, briefings, and deep dives in collaboration with Solutions Architects and Developer Relations, focused on accelerating time-to-production and platform optimization on NVIDIA technologies

  • Work closely with the venture capital ecosystem to surface technically differentiated startups, share investment-grade technical insights, and support portfolio companies with compute, infrastructure, and platform strategy

  • Support sell-to and sell-with motions in alignment with NVIDIA sales teams, channel partners, and startups’ enterprise customers, particularly where GPU acceleration, CUDA performance, and platform differentiation are central to the value proposition

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in related fields such as startup accelerators or incubators, executive or senior roles at technology startups, platform ecosystem development at large technology companies, or venture capital with a strong technology focus

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus

  • Strong affinity for AI, machine learning, data science, and accelerated computing, with working familiarity across CUDA, GPU architectures, NVIDIA SDKs, and modern AI tooling

  • Ability to engage credibly with technical founders, engineering leaders, and researchers, and to translate complex platform concepts into clear, actionable guidance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working across a broad ecosystem of startup founders, researchers, investors, and NVIDIA internal teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to represent NVIDIA Inception as a technically credible platform partner

  • Curious, analytical, and proactive attitude with a continuous focus on improving technical enablement, platform adoption, and ecosystem outcomes

  • Willingness to travel around 40% of the time across Europe to engage directly with startups, developers, and investors

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on experience working with or supporting companies building on CUDA libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, or GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure

  • Prior experience at a top startup accelerator, data-focused startup, developer-platform organization, or AI infrastructure provider

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization, aligning ecosystem needs with platform, product, and business priorities

  • Strong orientation toward metrics, analytics, and platform adoption measurement, with the ability to assess developer engagement, technical depth, and ecosystem impact
