The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Procurement Manager for Network Services.

This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement, planning and supply of network services, and related services to meet business needs. The role includes market analysis, supplier negotiations, contract management, budget oversight and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the position focuses on optimizing procurement processes, maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring the timely availability of network solutions.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Conduct continuous market analysis for network services and technologies to identify competitive pricing and industry trends.
  • Lead negotiations with network service, service network providers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
  • Maintain and regularly update the catalog of approved network vendors to ensure access to reliable suppliers.
  • Evaluate and manage the company’s existing network contracts in compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, operations, legal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Optimize procurement workflows through automation and process improvements.
  • Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance with SLA’s.

We expect you to have: 

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, network supply management or vendor relationship management.

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of network services, telecommunications procurement.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management for network services.
  • Understanding of IT Network related to network procurement.

Soft skills:

  • Problem-solving abilities to assess vendor offerings and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for supplier collaboration and internal stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
