Field-based territory manager responsible for retaining and growing accounts, winning new local business, managing national accounts, meeting revenue/margin/retention targets, conducting site visits, and maintaining pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Territory Account Manager to take ownership of a key region, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth across both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for retaining and developing territory customers, managing key national accounts, and securing new business wins that support our long‑term commercial strategy.
This is a permanent, field - based role covering postcodes:
PO, SN, SP, SO, BH, BA, DT
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing existing accounts through cross‑selling, up‑selling and reducing churn
- Building strong relationships with decision makers across Operations, H&S, Procurement, Sustainability and more
- Delivering revenue, margin and retention targets
- Supporting customers through site visits and service excellence
- Working closely with National and Internal Account Teams to ensure consistent delivery
- Spending around 50% of your time acquiring new local business
- Managing pipeline, forecasting and account data in Salesforce
- Using remote service tools and carrying out minor on‑site adjustments when required
What We’re Looking For
- Territory account management experience
- Proven success in cross‑selling, up‑selling and generating new business
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Commercial acumen and analytical ability
- Highly organised with strong planning and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- IT literacy (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Full driving licence
- Experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry is an advantage
