Please note: This position requires 4-5 days in the office (Monday-Thursday) and work from home on Fridays.

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Workplace Coordinator to help manage and elevate the day-to-day experience of our London office.

This role is critical to ensuring our workspace runs efficiently, feels welcoming, and supports employee productivity and wellbeing.

You’ll be the go-to person for office operations - from managing vendors and supplies to supporting events and maintaining a high-functioning, safe environment.


About The Role
  • Facility Operations: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Space Management: Optimize space planning and office layout to meet evolving needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, security, and services.
  • Workplace Support Act as the main point of contact for workplace-related issues, from space requests and support or maintenance needs, Foster a positive work environment by ensuring employees have the tools, services, and support needed to work effectively.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations through audits and improvements.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive efforts to reduce energy use, waste, and promote sustainable practices.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for office resources and services.
  • Workplace Support: Address workplace requests promptly and in line with SLAs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a head office environment, ideally within the tech industry, supporting 300+ employees
  • 2-3 years of Experience 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations, with confidence in applying them in a corporate setting
  • Experience managing on-site vendors (e.g. catering, cleaning, or maintenance), ensuring service quality and compliance
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, safety, and service excellence
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting a wide range of workplace needs
  •  Passionate about creating engaging, functional, and people-first work environments that reflect company culture
