What you'll do as a Data Analyst
- Support and optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support financial reporting, data analysis, and business processes.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Support system implementations, enhancements, testing activities, and data governance initiatives to maintain operational excellence.
- Create and maintain process documentation, reporting frameworks, and operational standards that support consistency and scalability.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience supporting business systems, financial operations, reporting, process improvement, or related functions.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing queries to support reporting, data analysis, and business requirements.
- Experience working with relational databases is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity working with data, reporting tools, and enterprise systems to support business and operational objectives.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python) is preferred.
