What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital offerings.
- Use data and customer insights to optimize promotional calendars, develop targeted campaign strategies, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, including campaign setup, quality assurance, audience segmentation, merchandising, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop promotional messaging, manage creative workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Identify new promotional opportunities and operational improvements by contributing innovative ideas, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate, and supporting go-to-market planning for new campaigns and initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital promotions, merchandising, project management, online gaming, consumer technology, or a related field.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for sports, entertainment, and digital experiences, with the flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays during major sporting events.
