  • Perform thorough UI testing to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Execute API testing to validate backend functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, documenting results and crafting thorough bug reports using tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
  • Manage and optimize test cases, with familiarity in tools like TestRail being a significant advantage.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to uphold high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Enhance the quality assurance process by identifying opportunities to improve testing methodologies and practices.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify stability and reliability before each release.
  • Work within CI/CD environments, integrating tests into the deployment pipeline to support continuous delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with a focus on web applications.
  • Strong expertise in UI testing and API testing techniques.
  • Proven ability to create detailed bug reports and manage them effectively.
  • Proficiency with bug-tracking tools like JIRA and test management tools such as TestRail (or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and experience working in CI/CD environments.
  • Exposure to JavaScript automation frameworks like Playwright is considered an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, with a minimum B2 level proficiency.

Interview Process:

  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a technical video interview with our QA Lead and another team member at PadSplit for one (1) hour
  • If warranted, the next step would be a final interview with our VP of Engineering for thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, then we move to contract!
