We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer, who will collaborate closely with the product team to achieve seamless web and mobile design, and implement UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
In this role, you will oversee all stages of the design process, from conducting research to creating production-ready designs, while also providing support to multi-disciplinary teams during implementation. You will also define conceptual foundations for design solutions, execute UX flows, define/apply visual design systems, and prototype using various tools and methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end, while staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Setting up and maintaining constantly evolving design systems and libraries for portals/platforms to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
  • Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to enhance user satisfaction by improving usability, accessibility, and interaction design
  • Ensuring all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and reinforcing a cohesive user experience across all products
  • Diving into all the details of the user experience and leveraging user research to inform design decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design ideally in iGaming and/or B2B 
  • Understanding of UX and User-Centered design 
  • Experienced with tools like Figma, Miro
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, particularly in complex web or mobile applications (eg. backoffice, dashboards etc.) 
  • Ability to cooperate with cross-disciplinary teams and all levels of employees and management as well as multitasking
  • Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently, great attention to details
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, and colour theory
  • Great communicator and team-oriented
