pladis has a strong in-house Talent Acquisition Team, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support us with our corporate and supply chain recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and gain first-hand experience within a Talent Acquisition role.

What will this role achieve?  

 

This role will provide support to the broader recruitment team ensuring all administrative activities are delivered on time and accurately including managing budget, invoicing and managing contract administration. The role will support relationships with agencies and other partners as well as lead recruitment activity for junior roles.  

 

What will be your key deliverables?  

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll be an integral part of our talent acquisition team. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (such as job boards, social media, and referrals) to find potential candidates for open positions. 

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles. 

  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, coordinating interviews, contract administration, invoicing and referencing processes. 

  • Stakeholder Management: manage ongoing communication with all partners e.g. candidates, Managers and third-party providers. 

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in the job market and use this research to help stakeholders and HR teams plan for talent needs 

  • Onboarding experiences: Support day 1 induction experiences, pre hire candidate engagement and continuous improvement philosophy for great onboarding experiences 

  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your recruitment skills and knowledge to move from coordinator to recruiter 

 

Bring your experience  

Essential 

 

  • Interest and passion in recruitment and/ talent, willingness to learn  

  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and can-do attitude  

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written 

  • Have the ability to work in an agile environment and reprioritise work when required  

 

Desirable  

 

  • Experience using Microsoft office 

  • Processing invoices 

  • Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
